Daratumumab, ixazomib, lenalidomide +/- dex for NDMM shows ORR of 96%, including a ≥CR rate of 32% and nearly 1/3 attained MRDneg; most common toxicities were fatigue, neutropenia, lymphopenia, neuropathy, diarrhea, nausea.”
