Light chain myeloma pts have elevated creatinine (>2), beta-2 ≥5.5, elevated LDH, hypercalcemia, t(11;14), del(13q) and t(6;14); IMS-IMWG high-risk, hyperdiploidy, t(4;14), serum albumin <3.5 are less common; PFS and OS same.”
