iStopMM shows smoldering MM patients had more infections (HR 1.36, 95% CI 1.07-1.73), antibacterial Rxs (1.24, 1.01-1.52) vs. comparators; SMM vs. MGUS had more infections (1.37, 1.00-1.87); immunoparesis contributes to the association.”
