Del(17p), t(4;14), t(14;16), but not 1q+ are high-risk cytogenetic abnormalities (HRCAs) in primary PCL; HRCA, elevated LDH, thrombocytopenia have highest OS impact and can create simple algorithm stratifying pPCL patients.”
