Robert Orlowski, Florence Maude Thomas Cancer Research Professor at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, shared a post on X:

“Myeloma Paper of the Day: 1q21 gain or amplification in systemic light chain amyloidosis associates with increased cardiac biomarkers, advanced Mayo stage (IIIb) and plasma cell disease, and worse OS on dara treatment (7.2 months vs. not reached, p = 0.006).”
