“Myeloma Paper of the Day: ACC1 (Acetyl-CoA carboxylase) is a metabolic vulnerability in MYC-driven myeloma and inhibiting ACC1 disrupts lipid homeostasis, induces ER stress, and causes oxidative damage, impairing cell survival.”
