“Zidesamtinib approved for pretreated ROS1 NSCLC based on ARROS-1 lead by Alexander Drilon, Benjamin Besse and colleagues.
Take: Another agent for a relatively small group of patients and the ORR is ~44% falling between taletrectinib (55%),repotrectinib (38%) and lorlatinib (35%).
In cross-trial comparison seems to have lower CNS toxicity but lower intracranial response.
Good activity against resistant mutation G2032R.
Higher edema and neuropathy but only 2.3% discontinuation rate.
Waiting for DOR and PFS.
