In PSMA+ mHSPC, Pluvicto + ARPI + ADT from PSMAddition delivered a significant rPFS benefit:
rPFS HR 0.72 (95% CI 0.58–0.90)
- Medians not reached in either arm
- Six 7.4 GBq doses q6w
- Investigator-choice ARPI + ADT
- PSMA PET–selected population
- OS remains immature
A notable shift from the VISION mCRPC setting toward earlier-line radioligand therapy. Important detail:
