“Drivers of outcomes with CAR-T and Bispecific Antibodies
Over the last month, several publications reported drivers of cellular therapy outcomes. Leveraging data from multiple academic centers around the country, we examined risk factors for inferior outcomes among bispecific antibodies and CAR T-cell recipients. These analysis results, published separately, were stratified by disease, target antigens, and products.
We examined the impact of lymphodepletion chemotherapy, infections, immune reconstitution, hormonal status, and gender, and discovered newer associations worth prospective evaluations.
