London Global Cancer Week 2026 to Address Barriers to Surgical Oncology

London Global Cancer Week shared on LinkedIn:

“InciSion and Imperial’s WHO Collaborating Centre for Public Health Education and Training are hosting ‘Global Surgical Oncology Challenges’ as part of London Global Cancer Week 2026.

This two-morning hybrid event follows the patient journey from suspicion and diagnosis through referral to timely, safe and affordable surgery – looking at where patients fall out of care because of diagnostic delays, fragmented pathways, limited infrastructure, geographical barriers and financial hardship.

Patient perspectives, regional pathway examples and contributions from early-career professionals are included throughout.

Interactive discussions will identify shared priorities and practical solutions.

Monday 2 November 2026
Time: 09:00–13:00 GMT
Hybrid – St Mary’s Hospital, Praed Street, London W2 1NY

Find out more and register.”
