Our data:
- Poster 1: Does tarlatamab work beyond progression in SCLC? Yes! Local consolidation (SRS/SBRT) was linked to longer OS (15 vs 5.8 mo).
- Poster 2: Does infusion time-of-day matter for tarlatamab in SCLC? Likely not! Early cycle-1 dosing did not improve ORR, PFS, or OS.
Beyond our own work, some groundbreaking, practice-changing data from this meeting:
- MAVERICK, expertly presented by Dr Rusthoven: so honored to have played a small role in this study. Close MRI surveillance in all SCLC (q3 months) is essential. PCI with no clear OS benefit, but real toxicities. In the era of tarlatamab and novel ADCs, this question is more relevant than ever. Essentially ends the PCI era.
- Two new ADCs in SCLC showing real promise : Tam-Peli and Ris-Rez, plus expanding options in EGFR exon 20 insertion and ROS1-altered disease, and much more!”
