Abemaciclib + fulvestrant numerically improved OS after CDK4/6i (32.1 vs 24.6 months; HR 0.80, P=0.11), without statistical significance. PFS (HR 0.78), PFS2 (HR 0.76), and time to chemotherapy (HR 0.76) favored abemaciclib.”
