This meta-analysis pooled 13 cohorts and 2042 patients to show:
- OS shorter with FGFR3 alterations: HR 1.25
- PFS HR 1.63 (1.23-2.16), disease control lower (RR 0.74)
- ORR no different
- Limitations: retrospective, no non-ICI comparator
