“New phase Ib clinical and translational data on dual PD1/TIM3 blockade in advanced/metastatic.

  • First clinical trial evaluating anti-PD-1 (Sym021) + anti-TIM-3 (S095018/Sym023) in BTC,
  • N = 35 advanced/metastatic BTC pts; prior systemic therapy-treated, anti-PD-(L)1-naive,
  • ORR 5.7% (2 pts PR), DCR 37% (11 pts); median PFS 1.9 mo, median OS 13.4 mo,
  • Paired biopsies: increase of intratumoral CD8+ T cells and antigen processing, cytotoxicity, and T-cell activation signatures,
  • Safety profile was manageable: Gr ≥3 TRAEs in 11.4%.
