  • vs sorafenib: camrelizumab + rivoceranib had the best HR (0.61); cabozantinib+atezolizumab showed no benefit
  • vs lenvatinib: nivolumab+ipilimumab and pembrolizumab+lenvatinib showed modest, similar gains
