Florian Muller: New Clinical Evidence for Non-Cytotoxic ADCs

Florian Muller, Chief Scientific Officer at Lindonlight Collective, shared on LinkedIn:

“A nice example of an actual clinical trial of an ADC with a non-cytotoxic payload. 20% ORR isn’t going to get too much news, but it is a nice demonstration of what is possible.

Some salient points:

  • Very high dosing (24 mg/kg Q2W!)
  • An exceptionally high-expressed surface target (PMEL)
  • A relatively high ratio of free payload to intact ADC.”
