Farina Arreguin, Head of the Pediatric Oncology Service at CMN, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Proud to share the publication of our latest study on the Golden Code Strategy, evaluating a direct referral pathway for children and adolescents with suspected cancer in Mexico.
Our findings show that simplifying referral pathways can significantly reduce delays in access to pediatric oncology, reinforcing that timely referral is a critical step toward improving cancer care.
This work reflects the commitment of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to transforming health systems and improving outcomes for children with cancer. Grateful to all my co-authors and collaborators who made this work possible. The journey continues.”
