“Universal germline testing identified Lynch Syndrome-associated PGVs in 3.1% and overall PGVs in 6.3% of unselected Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma/ UTUC patients… rates of MMR PGV parallel those reported in CRC and EC patients undergoing universal germline testing per National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN)

More than 60% of patients with PGVs were missed by National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) criteria.
