“Happy to share my last paper on new long-term data from RATIONALE-306!
With a minimum follow-up of 45.2 months, first-line tislelizumab + chemotherapy continues to demonstrate a sustained benefit in patients with advanced or metastatic esophageal squamous-cell carcinoma (ESCC) and PD-L1 TAP ≥5%.
- Median OS: 19.1 vs 10.0 months (HR 0.61)
- Median PFS: 8.2 vs 5.5 months (HR 0.50)
- ORR: 71.5% vs 41.4%
Importantly, these long-term outcomes were achieved with no new safety signals, reinforcing the clinical value of tislelizumab-based chemo-immunotherapy in this biomarker-selected population.
