“New ecancer’s open-access journal: A comprehensive mapping of cancer clinical trials in Brazil.
The study identified 272 ongoing trials and shows strong industry engagement but remains regionally imbalanced and heavily focused on late-phase studies. Addressing these disparities requires strategic expansion of research capacity and equitable access initiatives.
Huge thanks to the authors including: Laura Mendonça Diefenthäeler, Julia Kasali Lima, Maria Carolina Buj, Giovani Gadonski, Alexandre Vieira, Roberta Pozza and Juliana Giacomazzi.”
