Julien Taieb: Early ctDNA and Survival in Metastatic Colorectal Cancer Treated With ICIs

Julien Taieb, Professor at Paris Descartes University, shared a post on LinkedIn about a paper he co-authored with colleagues published in JAMA Oncology:

“ctDNA and immunotherapy are becoming major actors in the field of cancer care. We show in this open-access new paper that changes in ctDNA at 1-month post-treatment can predict long-term outcomes in patients with MSI-H metastatic colon cancer treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors.

We hope that these findings from a pre-planned analysis of a Randomized Controlled Trial will help in the future to better tailor treatment for each individual patient.
