Bishoy Morris Faltas: Paired Plus-Minus Sequencing for Accurate Dual-Strand DNA Analysis
Bishoy Morris Faltas, Chief Research Officer at the Englander Institute for Precision Medicine and an Associate Professor of Medicine and Cell and Developmental Biology at Weill Cornell Medicine, shared a post on X:
“Exciting collaboration with Alexandre Cheng, Dan Landau: ppmSeq, a dual-strand ultra-low error whole-genome sequencing(WGS) technology.
We applied it to tumor-uninformed WGS ctDNA from patients with urothelial cancer by focusing on the signal from APOBEC3-induced mutational signatures!
Many more exciting applications for this technology to read about. Full pre-print.”
