With that the clinician faces a bit of the embarrassment of riches of having an approved ROS TKI for each day of the week between crizotinib/entrectinib/repo/taletrectinib and now ‘Jideytro’ (btw someone got paid for coming up w that awful name…) – which is best frontline choice of these 5 and how to best sequence?
For now to me taletrectinib and zidesamtinib seem to make it into the ROS TKI World Cup final with no perceivable weaknesses as to:
- systemic efficacy
- CNS protection
- safety
- activity on res mutations
