“CML treatment recommendations consider lack of MMR (BCR::ABL<0.1%) after 1 year of TKIs as ‘treatment failure warning’.
Our analysis shows good outcomes with (BCR::ABL>0.1-10%) even after 2 yrs. Important to consider esp. with increased risk of toxicities from switching different TKIs.”
