Aakash Desai: Lung Cancer ADC and Bispecific Pipelines Target the Same Few Antigens

Aakash Desai, Thoracic and Phase 1 Oncologist at the O’Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center at UAB, shared on X:

“Agree, lung cancer ADC/BsAb pipelines look the same.

We mapped 47 active trials:

  • BsAbs ~70% / ADCs ~30%
  • Top BsAb: EGFR×c-MET (~28%)
  • Top ADC: TROP2 (~33%), HER2 (~20%)

Same few antigens. More me-too than novel.
