Talha Badar: Predictors of CNS relapse in APL

  • Incidence 1.4%.
  • Majority of these pts had FLT3 mutation or intracranial hemorrhage at diagnosis/during induction.
  • Median time to CNS relapse 22 mo.
  • No difference in incidence with or without anthracycline based induction.”
