The webinar will bring together leaders from oncology, biotechnology and healthcare strategy to examine how the oncology landscape is changing, and what those changes mean for drug development, commercialization, access and the delivery of cancer care.
The continued partnership builds on the organizations’ collaboration earlier this year, when ZS served as the exclusive partner of the OncoDaily Grand Rounds in Chicago.

The State of Oncology in 2026 With ZS will take place virtually on September 30 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
The discussion builds on ZS’s recently published analysis of the oncology landscape, which argues that the next phase of growth in cancer care will increasingly move toward earlier-stage disease, underserved tumor types, and more integrated approaches to care delivery.
Among the central themes will be the growing role of AI and data-driven models in identifying unmet needs, improving diagnosis and treatment selection, and reducing friction across the patient journey. The conversation will also explore how oncology companies can build more resilient portfolios as competition intensifies around established biological targets and loss-of-exclusivity pressures reshape development and commercialization strategies.
Regional differences will also be part of the discussion. ZS highlights that cancer incidence, diagnosis patterns, healthcare infrastructure and regulatory environments differ substantially between markets, making it increasingly important to incorporate local realities into global development and launch strategies.

The event took place on May 30, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place and brought together more than 250 participants from oncology, life sciences, technology, diagnostics, data science, and patient advocacy.
Looking Back: OncoDaily Grand Rounds at ASCO 2026
OncoDaily Grand Rounds at ASCO 2026 focused on the rapidly expanding role of artificial intelligence across cancer care, from clinical decision support and drug development to clinical trials, healthcare delivery, and patient access.
The faculty included Douglas Flora, Cristian Massacesi, Debra Patt, Sanjay Juneja and Sunil Verma, with Pavan Anne of ZS co-hosting the program. The evening combined an expert panel and Q&A with networking and professional exchange among participants from across the oncology ecosystem.
Beyond the formal discussion, the Grand Rounds also created an opportunity for participants to connect across disciplines and institutions. The evening brought together clinicians, researchers, industry leaders, technology experts, and advocates in an informal setting that encouraged networking, exchange of ideas, and conversations that continued beyond the stage.
