Dr. Manette Le Grange is a medical scientist and healthcare strategist with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, clinical research, and regulatory affairs. She holds a PhD in Physiology (Immunology and Endocrinology), along with degrees in Physiology and
Biochemistry, Psychology, and Journalism.
Before transitioning to industry, she was a Medical Scientist at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, leading research on innate immunity and multidrug-resistant tuberculosis in neonates. In the pharmaceutical sector, she has held global and regional leadership roles in medical communications, education, and scientific publishing, successfully implementing health system improvement initiatives across diverse geographic and socio-economic settings.
Dr. Le Grange has led high-impact healthcare programs in oncology, rare diseases, and chronic conditions, collaborating with governments, NGOs, and medical organizations to drive evidence-based policy and patient-centered care. She is recognized for her strategic thinking, expert engagement, and ability to navigate complex, cross-cultural collaborations in healthcare.
