An internationally recognised leader in gastrointestinal cancer research and care, Professor Leong has dedicated decades to advancing radiation oncology through landmark clinical trials, translational research and leadership across Australia and New Zealand.
His work has helped shape the treatment of oesophageal, gastric, pancreatic and colorectal cancers, making a lasting contribution to improving outcomes for patients in Australia and around the world.
