“It is my great privilege to announce that Burjeel Cancer Institute has opened its 9th branch at Muscat, Oman, thereby ushering in a new era in cancer care in the Sultanate.
Burjeel Cancer Institute is the largest dedicated comprehensive oncology care chain in the entire GCC and are focused and committed to bringing the best oncology care in the world to the Middle East. I’m deeply honored that the August proceedings were presided over by our chairman, Dr V. P. Shamseer and the CEO of BCI, the peerless Prof. Humaid Al-Shamsi.
It was an absolute delight to interact with the stalwarts in the field of oncology from all over the Sultanate of Oman and the UAE. I am deeply indebted to Ibrahim Abu-Gheida, John Sunil Neil Nijhawan, Consultant in Palliative Medicine Clinical Associate Professor, Gulf Medical University and other esteemed dignitaries for making this dream a reality.
