“Celebrating 90 Years of Excellence and Dedication in Cancer Care! Union for International Cancer Control (UICC)
Today marks a significant milestone for us as we celebrate our 90th anniversary in our office. Over nine decades, we’ve been at the forefront of the fight against cancer, continuously working towards reducing the incidence and improving survival rates globally.
Since our inception in 1933, our journey has been marked by groundbreaking initiatives, international collaborations, and a relentless commitment to closing the gap in cancer care. Our efforts have brought together experts and resources, helping to shape a world where cancer no longer means a death sentence.
This year, as we reflect on our rich history and the progress made, we’re also looking forward with renewed vigor. We’re rolling out a refreshed brand identity, a new website design, and an online community platform to better serve and connect with our members.
We owe our success to the tireless efforts of the team, members, partners, and supporters. Your dedication and support have been instrumental in our journey, and we’re incredibly grateful.
As we step into our 91st year, we remain committed to our vision of a cancer-free future. Here’s to many more years of making a difference in the lives of those affected by cancer, their families, and communities worldwide!”
