Manni Mohyuddin, Assistant Professor in the Division of Hematology/Bone Marrow Transplant at the University of Utah Huntsman Cancer Institute, made the following post on Twitter:
“Some days you see unjust racial disparities-such as Medicaid pts not covered for CAR-T. There are solutions to this complex problem But what’s not a solution:
1) Writing a paper that tells us what we already know using datasets.
2) Making us do mandatory bias training modules.”
