Dr. Gregory Kalemkerian is a leading medical oncologist and internationally recognized expert in thoracic oncology. He serves as Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Michigan and holds leadership roles as Associate Division Chief for Faculty Development and Education and Associate Director of the Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program.

With a career spanning more than three decades, Dr. Kalemkerian is known for his contributions to the clinical and translational research of lung cancer, mesothelioma, and thymic tumors. He has chaired major national guidelines panels, including the NCCN Small Cell Lung Cancer Panel, and has played a key role in education and scientific programming for ASCO.
