Dr. El Hadji Daouda Niang is a Senegalese hematologist specializing in clinical hematology, bone marrow transplantation, and cellular therapy. He is currently a consultant at CHN Dalal Jamm, where he plays a key role in the development of hematology and transplant programs in Senegal. He has completed advanced clinical training in France, including a fellowship at Institut Paoli Calmettes in Marseille, with expertise in allogeneic stem cell transplantation, CAR-T therapy, leukemia and Sickle Cell Disease management. His research focuses on multiple myeloma, lymphomas, and hematologic malignancies in sub-Saharan Africa, with a particular interest in improving access to advanced therapies and developing transplant programs in resource-limited settings.
