Michael Burns: New Clinical Data for ABBV-400 in Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

Michael Burns, Clinical Development Senior Medical Director at Pfizer, shared on LinkedIn:

“New clinical data in mCRC published. Congrats to the investigators and team.

Randomized Phase 1 of telisotuzumab adizutecan (ABBV-400) in combination with Bev versus Lonsurf/Bev now out in Annals of Oncology.

This project was one I’m proud to have been a part of, and glad to see the final publication.

Key Highlights: Mechanism of Action: Evaluates a novel c-Met-directed antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) combined with anti-VEGF therapy.

Study Design: Provides randomized Phase 1 clinical data exploring efficacy and tolerability profiles in heavily pretreated patient populations.

Thanks to all the investigators, study teams, and patients and families who contributed to this. Phase 3 ongoing!”
