“Pleased to share the randomized phase 2 ASPEN-06 study from Nature Medicine. Adding the CD47 blocker evorpacept with PTXRAM+Tras increased ORR in previously treated HER2+ gastric/GEJ cancer. Retained HER2 and high CD47 may enrich benefit.”
