- 157 pts, 9 centers, med age 70, 55% prior CAR
- 46% EPCORE NHL-1 ineligible
- ORR 50% (CR 32%)
- mPFS 3.5 mos, mOS 7.6 mos; 1-yr PFS/OS 29%/38%
- worse outcomes: ECOG 2+, LDH, refractory dz, trial ineligible, PD <6 mos post-CAR
- CRS 33% (G≥3 5%), ICANS 13% (G≥3 rare), ICU admit 17% Much worse outcomes and toxicities in RW setting.”
