Earlier today Andrea Vidali, Marcello Ceccaroni, Canio Martinelli and our founder Antonio Giordano met for a strategic session that lay the groundwork for this program.
Why this initiative matters
– The scale of the challenge
Women spend 25 % more of their lives in poor health than men, costing the global economy up to $1 trillion each year by 2040.
– Only 8.8 % of NIH research grants (2013‑2023) focused on women’s health, even though women make up 51 % of the population.
-Endometriosis alone still takes 5 – 12 years to diagnose, prolonging pain, infertility and lost productivity.
