Alcohol Intake Linked to Pancreatic Cancer Risk in New Global Study – IARC/WHO
IARC/WHO (International Agency for Research on Cancer/World Health Organization) shared a post on LinkedIn:
“New findings from IARC and partners reveals modest but significant association between alcohol intake and pancreatic cancer, independent of sex and smoking status. Pancreatic cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer death. Findings, from a large international consortium of prospective studies, published in PLOS Medicine.”
