Help Ukraine Group (HUG), Brachy Terra, and the Maria Sklodowska-Curie National Research Institute of Oncology (Gliwice Branch) are pleased to invite Ukrainian radiation oncologists and medical physicists to apply for a three-day practical brachytherapy workshop, supported by Swecare, Varian, and Elekta, and endorsed by ESTRO.
This workshop is the practical continuation of the ESTRO-endorsed Cervical Cancer Brachytherapy Course for Ukraine and is designed to strengthen modern brachytherapy practice across Ukraine through a Train-the-Trainer model.
Completion of the online ESTRO-endorsed BrachyTerra/HUG Cervical Cancer Brachytherapy Course is a prerequisite for participation.

To maximize hands-on learning, only 16 participants will be selected.
Applications are encouraged from radiation oncologist-medical physicist pairs from the same institution. Eight selected teams will train together and return to Ukraine prepared to implement modern brachytherapy workflows and educate colleagues at their home centers.
This Train-the-Trainer model is designed to strengthen sustainable brachytherapy capacity across Ukraine.
