“I’m proud to see the cancer community come together with such a strong collective voice in response to the HHS Office of Inspector General’s request for information on a potential new safe harbor from the Anti-Kickback Statute related to clinical trial support.

That is an impressive showing, and it reflects how important this issue is to organizations working every day to advance cancer research and ensure patients have access to clinical trials.
At the Colorectal Cancer Alliance, we know that progress in cancer care depends not only on scientific discovery, but also on creating systems that make it possible for patients to benefit from that progress – a critical goal of our Project Cure CRC KLEOS platform.
Removing unnecessary barriers to clinical trial participation can help connect more patients with potentially lifesaving research.
