“Colorectal cancer is generally resistant to immunotherapy.

However, we show in our neoadjuvant immunotherapy clinical trial that immunotherapy can be quite effective.

Using Botensilimab – Fc-enhanced to deplete Tregs in the tumor microenvironment – with Balstilimab (PD-1 inhibitor), we demonstrate evidence of tumor remodeling associated with an anti-tumor immune response! Check it out!”
