“GENIAL Work Package 3: Predicting Liver Cancer Risk with AI
WP3 investigates how clinical, imaging, environmental, and genetic factors interact to influence the development of alcohol-related liver cancer (ALD-HCC).
By leveraging AI and advanced technologies like liquid biopsy and radiomics, this work package aims to:
- Understand environmental impacts in ALD and MASLD
- Predict liver cancer risk using multi-modal data
- Build easy-to-use diagnostic tools
- Detect early signs of ALD-HCC
