“Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy in Early-Stage Breast Cancer: ASCO Guideline Clinical Insights.
In 2025, ASCO published a guideline update on the use of sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) in patients with early-stage breast cancer (stages I and II) treated with up-front breast-conserving surgery.
This companion article addresses some of the questions that clinicians may face as they implement the recommendations into clinical practice.”
