ImmunoHistoFluorescence Method for Sub-Nuclear Protein Analysis in Tissue – Danish Cancer Institute
Danish Cancer Institute shared a post on LinkedIn about a paper by Kezia Catharina Oxe et al. published in Cells:
“Scientists from the Danish Cancer Institute have developed a high-throughput immunohistofluorescence (IHF) method that enables precise, large-scale analysis of sub-nuclear protein distribution directly in tissue samples.
This new method helps close the gap between lab-based discoveries and real tissue analysis. It offers a scalable, automated workflow enhanced by AI, which could accelerate biomarker discovery and cancer research.
We spoke with DCI’s Kezia Oxe to learn more about how this technique could transform both research and clinical diagnostics.”
