Emanuela Palmerini is Professor of Clinical Medicine at the Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine, University of Miami, and a faculty member of the Sarcoma and Phase I Programs at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.
She is a leading sarcoma oncologist with more than two decades of experience in the field. Her expertise includes bone and soft-tissue sarcomas, clinical trials, pediatric and adolescent/young adult sarcomas, drug development, tumor microenvironment, and immunotherapy.
Before joining Sylvester, she spent more than two decades at IRCCS Istituto Ortopedico Rizzoli in Bologna, Italy. She has authored more than 200 publications focused on bone and soft-tissue tumors.
