“No role for mediastinal LN dissection in clinical stage T1N0M0 GGO-dominant invasive lung adeno, defined by consolidation-to-tumor ratio (CTR) ≤0.5 and maximum tumor diameter (including solid and GGO components) ≤3 cm. Zero positive hilar nodes in those that were resected!”
