This is my take. We must balance rigor with relevance and humanism.
In a virtual world, photos, humor, ‘frivolity’ create human connection. I have intentionally opened myself up personally to foster trust and accessibility by people we serve, who share intimate details of their own lives. This is what coming down from the ivory tower looks like.”
