New WHO report reveals four major industries are responsible for 34% of all deaths globally – UICC
Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) shared a post on LinkedIn:
“New World Health Organization report reveals that four major industries – tobacco, ultra-processed foods, fossil fuels, and alcohol – are responsible for 34% of all deaths globally.
This is alarming and highlights the need for stronger regulations and systemic changes to protect vulnerable populations from industry interference.”
