Ahmad Tarhini: Employing a machine learning framework to molecular data from patients with melanoma

“In this abstract, we employ a machine learning framework to molecular data from patients with melanoma in order to study immune cell states and multicellular ecosystems in an effort to refine the process of patient selection for immunotherapy and gain insights into immune resistance mechanisms that guide future immuno-oncology drug development with Xuefeng Wang.”
